TO ISHA |
Oh, to have known the sound of thunder and lightening skies that have broken out in flashing hues. And, winds that have whispered of wonders, of soft caresses and lands blanketed with morning dews. I have been the mouse, and the owl in flight, and I have been the fox and hen I have been the eagle keen of sight and the seals calling out to their kin. And I have been a man upon two feet swift in mind and song But, of all the things I've seen and done and all these calling charms it seems to me none quite so sweet as when I've lain in your arms. diarmid copyright 1998 |
